By requesting an estimate or scheduling service with WOW SoftWash, you agree to the following terms:

Estimates & Scope of Work
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of evaluation. Final pricing may change if additional work is requested or if conditions differ from what was originally observed. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated before additional work is performed.

Scheduling & Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property, including access to exterior areas requiring service. Please secure pets, remove fragile items, and notify WOW SoftWash of any known concerns before service begins.

Weather & Rescheduling
Exterior cleaning services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, freezing temperatures, heavy rain, or other conditions that may affect safety or results.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

Property Conditions
WOW SoftWash takes care to protect your property, landscaping, and surrounding areas. Customers acknowledge that pre-existing damage, deteriorated surfaces, or hidden conditions may affect cleaning results.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact WOW SoftWash so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.

Limitation of Liability
WOW SoftWash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective materials, improper installation, or conditions outside of our control.

By approving an estimate or scheduling service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
